1 General Provisions and Definitions

3 Account Management and Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

win bd17 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

Multiple promotions are available under specific conditions, including a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, cricket betting bonus and special rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit and claim deadline. Promotions cannot be combined with each other unless stated otherwise.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be cashed out directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the Company has the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Manipulative betting that exploits the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
• Claiming promotions artificially using multiple accounts.
• Playing games using software, bots or automation tools.
• Using or attempting to steal another user's information.

• Operating betting activity on behalf of any illegal group or syndicate.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user may close their account at any time by sending a request to win bd17 support. The available balance will be offered for withdrawal before closure. Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by the Company

win bd17 may suspend or close an account with or without notice due to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or security reasons. The Company has the right to hold funds while an investigation is ongoing. If the user has any objection, they must contact the support team.

9 Limitation of Liability

win bd17 takes reasonable measures to maintain service quality, but the Company's liability for losses caused by technical disruptions, third-party service failures or unforeseen circumstances is limited.

The Company will not be liable for any financial loss arising from a user's own error, negligence or sharing of their password. In no circumstances will the Company's total liability exceed the balance in the relevant user's account.

• The Company is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connection failure or delay.
• Changes to RTP or game mechanics made at the discretion of the game software provider are the provider's responsibility.
• The Company is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by incorrect payment information provided by the user.
